Run the session timers on one machine. Everyone else follows the brief while you keep timeboxes honest.

Before you start

Read the game rules and project requirements provided by your researcher.

Use Roles to enter everyone’s initials: it picks a Scrum Master for the session and a project lead for each sprint (reroll or swap by agreement if you like).

The current project lead can keep the workflow checklist on their machine while the Scrum Master runs timers here.

When you are ready, the Scrum Master keeps this tab on their machine: drive three short sprints with a quick retro after each, and open/close each sprint and retro for the room. Call out the project lead for this sprint (see Roles if you used the picker). The next sprint unlocks only after the previous one ends.
