Read the game rules and project requirements provided by your researcher.
Pick your Scrum Master and your first project lead at random.
The current project lead can keep the workflow checklist on their machine while the Scrum Master runs timers here.
When you are ready, the Scrum Master keeps this tab on their machine: drive three short sprints with a quick retro after each, and open/close each sprint and retro for the room. Pick a new project lead at random at the start of each sprint. The next sprint unlocks only after the previous one ends.
